According to Wang Xiao, a member of the Party Group and deputy director of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province, the textile and garment industry in Shandong Province, as a core pillar of China's textile and garment industry and an important engine of the northern economy, has made positive contributions in stabilizing the economy, benefiting people's livelihood, promoting consumption and cultivating new quality productive forces. By establishing a "chain leader system" work promotion mechanism for the industrial chain, the optimization and upgrading of the industrial chain have been achieved, promoting the stable consolidation and dual improvement of quality and efficiency of the textile and garment industry.
