It is understood that more than 60% of China's cotton is produced in Xinjiang, including more than 4 million acres of cotton acreage in the entire region of Aksu, accounting for one ninth of the country's total output and attracting a large number of cotton enterprises to invest and construct factories.

Aksu Textile Industrial City (Development Zone) is a key industrial park in Xinjiang with a planned area of 54.58 square kilometers and a total construction scale of 6 million. It is an important textile export base for Central Asia, South Asia and Europe. Currently, more than 70 textile and garment enterprises into the park.
